The following units conduct research or sponsored programmatic activity at UCF but do not individually have a dedicated in-house pre-award staff. Under our shared services model, we have been able to leverage the support of PASS to address the collective needs of the following core units:

All units outlined here are supported for pre-award activity including proposal preparation, budget development, coordination of internal approvals and with external/internal stakeholders, and formal submission via Huron Research Suite (HRS) to the Office of Research Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR).

This team focuses on advising these faculty, administrators, and staff on how to review sponsor requirements, development of non-technical sections, budget development and ancillary document collection/review.
